Information we process
We process account identity, authorized input photos, task settings, output videos, payment references and private support messages. Photos are not public by default. Choosing Google sign-in in the editor temporarily saves your selected photos on this device for your return, then removes that recovery draft after restoration. The editor does not offer long-term draft storage. Temporary recovery drafts expire after at most 24 hours and expiry is cleaned on next access; closed browsers cannot guarantee timer-based deletion. Remove site data in browser settings to clear a recovery copy before returning.
Service providers
Production authentication can use Google and an email delivery provider. Creem processes checkout and payment information; Atlas Cloud processes generation inputs only when enabled and authorized. We do not collect card details. Local Demo uses isolated test identities, test payment records and technical media, not those real services.
Storage and deletion
Inputs are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours of a terminal task, and no later than 7 days while unresolved. Unattached uploads expire after 24 hours. Outputs expire after 30 days. Deletion removes access immediately; physical object cleanup is retried, with a target within 24 hours. Necessary financial records are retained under the operator’s applicable legal requirements, which must be configured before launch.
Your choices
Enable sharing only when you want anyone holding the link to watch; links expire after at most 7 days and can be revoked. Optional analytics require consent. Withdraw consent in Cookie settings, remove a temporary recovery draft in browser site-data settings, or contact support about access and deletion.
